why did seas change the charm inventory box? Now we have to go back and forth clicking on highest to lowest for our bigger charms to show up instead of being across the top like they were., And if on a game thats fast like bingo 4 cards. Do you know what it’s like to do that and miss numbers . then try to catch up and then have to get another charm on and do it all over again. put it back the way it was. this isn;t sorting like clothes for god sake. also why can’t we remove anything now from our side panel that we load harms on . do you know what its like getting 4-5 colas and you had it set up to play then not being able to put them in inventory like before. Stop fixing things that are working for us and fix whats not . like the poofing and freezing at parties. FIX THAT
Did the same in Casino World. What a mess!
@Varykino I totally agree that the default sort setting for the new Charm Manager should be Clovers: High to Low. Since that’s the way we’re used to having it, I don’ think that there are many if any players out there who want to see the Newest First all the time, which is the current default. Even if you change it, it goes right back to Newest First the next time you open it.
@Samantha could you please pass that request along to the programmers?
I might occasionally use the Newest First setting, but only for instance if I’d been to a party where we got a lot of really nice gifts so I could see what we got, since they go so fast at the party. Alphabetical is also good when you have so many charms, because sometimes it’s hard to find the one you want quickly, especially if it’s a mid-value charm (2 or 3 clovers).
You said you weren’t able to put your charms back after you selected them to play with. Maybe that was a glitch when they first installed the new Charm Manager and got quickly fixed. I tried it tonight and had no problem putting any charms back.
I do want to say that I had been getting annoyed lately with the Charm Manger both here and on CW. It was taking forever to open, so if I was in the middle of playing a slot and needed to add more charms because I was on a winning streak or in the middle of a bunch of Free Spins, it took . way too much time away from the game. I gues the slowness was due to Flowplay working on the new version of Charm Manager, because it opens very quickly now. Thanks for that Flowplay!
The least they could do it allow us to LOCK in the setting we want.. i never use my low end ones.. probably why I have 57,000 charms.. haha
I Don’t like this new change either , at the very least once we set it to high to low it should stay that way not revert back once you exit the charm box! We should be able to set it to our preference and it should stay that way.
I Agree , the default setting should be what we all are used to - high to low. At the very least once you choose the setting that you prefer it should stay that way ! You should not have to keep using the pull down menu every time you enter your charms. PLEASE FIX THIS SEAS WE ALL HATE IT SO FAR!!
Why did you release this Seven Seas? It does not function well .. it is a confusing and a total failure
Agree. It’s awful! There’s no point to this other than frustrating us to the point of not playing.
Regarding the change to the Charm Inventory—Being polite, I will say it is far from user-friendly. But, setting politeness aside, it is a complete disaster.
Whoever designed, approved, and implemented this change must not play on the Site much, as it is wretched.
I, along with others, hope you will undo this change.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
The concept is great, but 7Seas needs to set it up so that whenever a player changes the view that view becomes the default view. Or have a separate button so that players can set which view they want for their default. Otherwise, it is a fantastic addition.
Feedback for the change to the Charm Manager has been passed along to our teams. They are currently looking into what they can do. For now, that’s all the information I have.
i think we should be allowed to lock in the charms where we want them i have over 166k in charms i like highest to lowest
An update was released today to set the Charm Manager to save your sort preference.
With the next update on December 8, 2025, previously equipped Charms will appear at the top of the Charm Manager. Used up Standard Charms will show at the bottom of the Charm Manager.
If you prefer the original view, the Clovers: High to Low option functions the same way as before.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter! Just saw the change thats perfect!
OKAY i WILL GIVE CREDIT WHERE IT IS DUE. TY SEAS FOR LISTENING AND FIXING THE CHARM INVENTORY. MUCH BETTER NOW AND NOT SO FRUSTRATING. AND TY SAMANTHA FOR PASSING IT ALONG.
Thank you for listening! Much better!
