I have tried for 2 days to buy gems, PayPal is not working so tried my visa it don’t work>?? What is going on??

I’m trying to buy my monthly allotment of gems, but PayPal isn’t working. I’m going to miss the 2X gems sale, which feels unfair since I can’t get the most for my money due to these issues. It’s really frustrating, and I’m almost out of gems to use for buying charms. Please fix this problem permanently for us PayPal users. Thank you!
Our teams are working with PayPal to try to resolve this issue. I checked on the progress on this, and it’s still being looked into, but I have no time frame on when it may be resolved.
For now, I can only suggest trying a different payment method. I realize this is a frustrating issue, and I’m very sorry for all the trouble and inconvenience.

@ Bulldog. No it isn’t fixed yet I just tried and got the same message . like cece said we have to miss out on 2x gems today. This has been going on for over 3 weeks now. Hopefully will be fixed soon . thank you Samantha for always answering people.

I too am unable to use PayPal as payment! I can’t believe it would take this long to remedy the problem! How hard can this be to fix the problem? Please resolve this issue!!!
Great that it is fixed for you, but I am still unable to use PayPal to buy gem’s!! Why can the fix only be available to only some & not all? So tired of this!!!

I got in with my Visa this time.
