I have been trying for 2 weeks now to complete puzzle number 7 in Spark Ridge. I can’t even get close to clearing the tiles and the game is over just like that. 
Is this a trick or just a glitchy puzzle? I love this game, but so want to give up completely because of this. The game won’t let me use power ups either when there are no longer any tiles to clear. How frustrating? Any tips?

I cant say that i remember… i completed all of those games over 2 yrs ago… so only go on RANDOM play for challenges. everyday i TRY to remember to at least come and collect powerups … i have over 1600 and i notice sometimes it does not give you an option to use them, or use the ones you need at that moment. Good luck… Maybe someone else can chime in.

at the top right on this page see the SUBMIT A REQUEST button? click on that, and there you can write in your issue, and the nice thing this goes ONLY to staff, so us players won’t see anything you put in there. They will respond back to you with the EMAIL you have on file, NOT here, or NOT in an INBOX message on the game.
